Sweet Tooth Sunday has become a THING in my household! And something sweet doesn’t necessarily have to mean something unhealthy, even though eating cookies and cakes and all those goodies doesn’t mean your being unhealthy because portions and moderation is key BUT having said that, sweet could mean something totally healthy and delicious (also in moderation) like these bliss balls! Something great for a sweet tooth, pre workout, post workout, a snack…you name it! Also, these are great for the whole family & are packed with great nutrients!!!
